Are shipping costs in US currency?
All orders placed on SofiesSecret website are in United States currency. If you are ordering from outside the United States please not that your bank will convert the amount from USD to your currency when your credit or debit card is charged.

SofiesSecret Products that are ordered from Amazon are currently not available to other countries outside of the USA. We are working hard on expanding out global market and we will post updates as soon as SofiesSecret products are available outside the USA.
Orders placed through SofiesSecret website are eligible for international shipping. Please review shipping options when placing your order.
What happens if my shipping address is incorrect?
Please be sure to review all information before confirming it. We apologize but we are unable to amend, edit or alter orders once they have been placed.
What happens if I received missing products and/or damaged products?
If you received damaged and/or missing products please call customer support at (800) 535-3687 during normal business hours (weekdays 9am – 5pm pacific standard time).
Items that are missing/damaged from your order will be reshipped if it is in stock. If we are out of stock we will refund the amount for the missing or damaged item.
Please be sure to contact us within 7 days of receiving the package or we will not be able to honor your request.
